"Not too fond of the fact, my reciept says my part would arrive Monday, Nov 13th but when I tracked it, it says it'll be here Friday, Nov 17th. They need a better estimate on when packages are going to arrive. If they say one date, that's when it's coming. Period. Not give customers 2 different dates. Unless the earlier date is when it's shipped. But I'm positive MY receipt said it was arriving on Nov 12th. Smh."

REVISED —- Issue with returning an item

"Car parts reached out to me and the item was successfully returned and refunded. Thank you so much for the assistance! I attempted more than once over the last month to request a return online and kept getting an “error” message and the request would fail and send me back to the same screen where I had already uploaded my information & photos.
I have been off grid in Alaska for the last 3 weeks and attempted the return process again after i returned - which also ended in an error message.

I contacted your customer service department via chat and was advised that my return window had closed and they could not process my return.

It is no fault of my own after several attempts that my part was not allowed to be returned.

This is NOT a favorable response from your company.

I regret that you treat hard working customers in this way.

Unsatisfactory service

"I ordered a grill for my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee; I received a grill that doesn't even come close to fitting my vehicle. The shipping box was crushed mainly because there was NO packing material whatsoever. I’ve sent an email we'll over a week ago with no reply. I tried to submit a return on your website several times but keep getting an error. Very poor service."
