"Have ordered many things from carparts. Com without any problems. Just ordered set of Monroe shocks received a email couple days later saying we don't have you're set in stock at this time. We'll I call customer service they direct me to as he said parts specialist was hard to understand plus told me they was out of the front shocks was giving me a refund 1-7 business days an the rear ones was being shipped.emailed said was out of stock so why would they not told me on the front an ask me how I wanted to proceed.an not make the decision for me send half a set an refund for other half told them I would take another set for same price as long as they was as good as the ones I wanted. But the kept trying to get me to order another brand for the front an take the back ones out of the set I ordered i said no give me for the same price for all 4 same brand name that I'm as good as quality for same price an I'll be happy with that they wanted me to pay more wouldn't been a problem if wasn't so much higher an was there fault like I told her it said when I ordered 1 set left. That's not my fault you showed on you're own website you had 1 set left that is not my fault. Had to cancel the ones for the rear so getting money back in 2 different transactions 1-7 business days I think they should had try to make it right instead of the way it happened told them I'll stick with 1a auto from now on. Better call to see if they have in stock before you order hope this helps someone new."
