New Window Regulators and Motors

" I placed my order on Wednesday afternoon and was told that it would take 4 to 5 days for me to receive my order which was alright . As it turned out I received my order on Saturday morning which I did not expect that soon . This is the 2nd time that I have used Car Parts but it will not be the last I am sure . Not so good..

"I was on the fence about ordering the part because I wasn't sure if it was the problem. I called carparts.com to cancel my order 4 minutes after placing it. I actually changed my mind after putting all my information in, then accidentally hit the button and placed the order. I was assured it was cancelled and I would eventually get my money back. Even the extra money I spent on expedited shipping. Didn't come on Saturday, so that was good, I figured my money would be in my account soon. Called them back a couple of days later. The first person did not cancel the order. But the second one "did". Got the part a couple of days after that. Never got my money back. I cancelled 4 minutes after placing the order with expedited shipping, but still got the part, days after it was supposed to be here. And my car is still not fixed. It was the wrong part, like I thought. Not happy."

Best place to shop.

"My wheel bearing froze on my car. Of course, it was a weekend. I ordered the replacement part online on a Sunday and Tuesday the part showed up at my door. Carparts was great parts, quick shipping and the price was less expensive than the local parts store. I will get all my parts here from now on. Good job!"

Bad Situation Resolved

"I ordered a side glass mirror for a 2019 Nissan rogue. It came way later than when they said it would and then I open the box and it is the part for a 2018 mirror which doesn't even begin to fit my car. Meanwhile I am catching Ubers to work bc I can't see without this mirror I am furious.
Update: I called the company but could not get through, so I left the above review, and they responded immediately with a full refund. They seem to be a company that stands by their business, and I appreciate that. Thanks carparts.com for resolving my issue.
