Care about safety

"I had left a review on there it was a good one cause it only took 3 days to get my product and it was a good price but the product had a minor damage to the corner of the brake rotor was a little chip on it and I know it was not supposed to be there so I write the review and get a phone call from them anyways they replaced it at no extra cost and no hassle of me returning the old on (probably to save themselves the cost of shipping) but I got it in 3 days also and it's in good condition but the lady says that my saftey was important that's why it was replaced at no cost thanks "

BMW Mirror

"Had some issues getting the mirror installed, but finally got to snap it on. I happen to write a review and they reached out to me about the mirror. Wow wasn't expecting that. They offered me a refund because of the issue installing it. I have to say Carparts in a great company. I had never ordered from them before, but I will be checking them out first and will recommend them to my friends. It's hard to find this level of customer service, great job from the Carparts Team!!!!!! "

Awesome Customer Service Experience

"I strongly recommend to buy parts from Car Parts. I ordered a catalytic converter (Order# CPZ378670216) for my 2001 Subaru Outback and the part that came to me due to my car's model/trim was a slightly different from the original which was not noticeable up until the old one was removed from my car. I Reached out to Car Parts customer care and their reply was very professional and beyond my expectation. Not only they addressed my complaint, but they were also fast in offering me a compensation for my disappointment. Thank you customer care. "

Great follow up service

"Order 59816740 was for both headlights on my w211 Mercedes E320 CDI. Original order was installed properly but one of the lights had issues with the high beam on passenger side. Internal reflector was loose and beam was not right. I mentioned this in the review thinking that maybe the item was not returnable since it could be considered electrical. car parts.com asked if I wanted a replacement part and I installed it and all is well!! Original item to be returned. I thank the customer support team for reaching out!! Thanks again."
