"I emailed Carparts trying to avoid a delivery issue - the Post office does not deliver to my house, so I have a PO box, however Carparts did not accept PO boxes. So I sent an email and asked that they send my order either Fed or UPS, both of whom deliver to me. The representative named Shen responded fairly quickly and said he would expedite my shipment, and requested an expedited shipment to ensure it would not be sent through the Post Office. I am impressed, and Fed Ex delivered my package today. GREAT SERVICE!!!"
