"I received a fautly part for my 2003 Mercury/
Naturally, I was upset and it reflected in my initial critique. I was contacted by a CSR who shipped a new replacement. Hopefully, the quality of this replacement will exceed my original. I must compliment the CSR crew on an outstanding job of customer satisfaction, and I will send them more orders in the future.

"I bought a new bumper cover and it was slightly damaged in transit but still useable. Fantastic service the 2nd time around

"Had issues the first time ordering.....ordered a headlight on Aug 11, 2022 and received email saying it would be delivered on the 14th (which was a Sunday and I highly doubted). Received another email on Monday that said shipment delayed. On Tuesday, I received yet another email saying shipment would arrive either Wed or Thurs. Received ANOTHER email on Saturday that shipment was delivered to front door. Problem: it wasn't!! I called shipping ppl....they told me delivery happened on the 17th (it didn't....was home all day and have security cams).....called CarParts.com and they told me the same.

Paul D @ CarParts.com ordered me a replacement one. Had it at my front door 2 days later. So....first order was an absolute disaster (to say the least) but Paul came through with flying colors. Thanks!!

"I ordered a set of headlights and fog lights for my 2011 cascadia. When I received them I had 2 passenger side headlights. I started a rma on 2/20/22. On 2/24/22 Pol called me and explained that she had found a discrepancy in my replacement light that was about to be sent to me. I was about to get another passenger side headlight sent to me. She got everything corrected and now I have the correct driver side headlight on the way to me. She was very concerned with my customer service and made very sure that I was taken care of. She even reimbursed me for the shipping of the original shipment and gave me a 10% off coupon for my next order. I was very pleased with her professionalism and care that she gave me in making sure that I was taken care of. This is the kind of customer service that keeps customers coming back."
