"I was looking to replace my BMW rims. I found the best price on CarParts.com. The reason I chose CP was bc I could see the delivery date before paying for my order bc I ordered a set of tires to be installed. To my surprise, my rims arrive within 1 or 2 days. Additionally, when my order arrives, I only received 3 out of 4 rims. I called customer service and without hassle or excuses they immediately send my order and it arrives the next day. "

"I called because they kept sending me the wrong parts and the customer service gentleman I had wasn’t helpful at all. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and got Brooke. She stayed on the phone with me and my boyfriend for over 30 minutes trying to find the correct part and when it was all said and done we found the part. Thank you Brooke for your patience and for taking the time to actually look into the problem! "

Great customer service

"We ordered a part and the entire experience was very good. Then it developed that the part didn’t fit my vehicle exactly but we ended up making it fit. For our trouble they gave us some money back! Such nice ppl and above and beyond customer service! Very much appreciated and such nice personal emails regarding the issue. Will always use them in the future if needed. "

Excellent Service

"Went off without a hitch but Fed Ex kept jerking me around. Had three different delivery dates. Kept changing the day and time of delivery. Not happy with them AT ALL . Had NO problem with Carparts.com though. Very happy with them."

"I complained about the lack of protection of an electrical part during shipping and the possibility of it being damaged because of this. I couldn't keep up with the phone calls and E-mails to correct the problem, and before I knew it there was a store credit in my account. Cha Ching ! "

"I have called several times to get a problem with my order addressed. I was told to call back within a couple of days to check back which I have done and they respond the same way. I then make my 5th check-in call and a very caring and understanding representative addressed my issue. Emmy was able to address my issue and resolve the situation while keeping me on the phone to make sure I am assured. She was patient and listened to my concern as she pays attention to detail. I love that she reinstates my problem to make sure that she is addressing the right issue. She goes above and beyond. She took the necessary time and info needed to address my concern immediately. 100/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's because of Emmy, that I will be a returning customer! :)"
