They work to make things right!

"I ordered a set of CV Axles for my 04 Saturn Vue, unfortunately the first set arrived unknowingly damaged until I had pulled apart the front suspension and installed them as well as 80% of the other components. I noticed a loud popping noise immediately after installing them, unsure as to why brand new parts were producing this noise I took it to a full service shop they inspected the suspension and steering assembly and identified the issue as failing CV joints, CARPARTS.COM provides a lifetime replacement warranty on the majority of their products. I contacted them concerning this issue and the warranty and customer service handled my problem very well. Without any back and forth or unpleasant attitude, they agreed to send me a replacement set immediately to make it right. I was very pleased with the quality of customer support they provided. About 6 days later both replacement axles had arrived. One of the boxes had already been opened and the box looked slightly mishandled but the issue was when opening the second axle it was for the same side of the vehicle, I had already disassembled the driver side to get my car ready for the new parts, it's my primary transportation I needed my vehicle running without worrying about the safety of me and my family, as well as get me back and forth to work. So again I was in a very bad situation, the driver axle was already removed so I could return it as requested and have my vehicle back asap. I was then forced to go buy another axle for the driver side at almost 3 times what I paid originally. I left a review on the parts I had issues with, customer service reached out to me without any prompt which was awesome! For a second time they figured out what was going on and tried to find the best resolution for me which considering all the issues that resulted from this order was a refund in my opinion. They were super friendly, apologetic, understanding, and without hesitation agreed to refund the 3 axles I couldn't use, or were the incorrect ones. I think 4 stars is fair reflecting on how everything shipping and warehouse occurred. But customer service absolutely made it right and left me feeling satisfied with them as a merchant."

BROKEN AND DAMAGED PARTS

"Ordered mirror assemblies for Cadillac both left and right. Both came in damaged and broken. Got replacements and the left was good but the passenger side was broken. Long story short we have received 3 mirrors for the passenger side and all have been broken. The box had no padding just a plastic bag around the assembly which gave no protection. I requested better shipping methods after the second one but it arrived in the same type box as the first two. "

Fuel pump

"Ordered a fuel pump and strainer, Received the strainer with usps quickly.The fuel pump was delivered to someone ( Don't know who) with FedEx.I still haven't received the replacement pump, When I do receive it I will leave more feedback.Carparts is not to blame, I have a repair shop and I would have shipped the replacement pump with at least a 2 day delivery. But didn't happen so(this customer is not happy)... Hopefully I will get it this week And Hopefully I don't lose this customer over this."
