Was sent the worng part

"I was sent the worng part and when asked to exstange they told me I could not exstange because of part number told me they would refund me and I can order another one but only catch is they kept 100 dollers if part did not meet my standers I would exspct full refund or to send me the correct part"

The Radiator was Rad

"I purchased a replacement radiator from Carparts for my 2000 Mazda Miata. The price was right, the service was excellent, everything fit perfectly. Help on the phone was outstanding. The radiator part came on time with all the necessary installation parts; rubber mounts, automatic transmission ****, nuts, etc. I will be using Carparts for all my repair needs from here on out. "

A company that finally cares!

" Really impressed with the quality of the product and how fast they shipped the order. I had an issue with the fed ex delivery and their time to drop off my package. It was delivered a day late and I felt I should not have to pay for a package delivered a day late. I called fed ex and they mention the vendor will have to refund any delivery cost and I had to work thru them.
I wrote a review noting the delivery wasn't on time and carparts.com automatically refunded my shipping cost from reading my review. I did not even have to call them to request a refund. They proactively contacted me and refunded the shipping cost with no action on my part. Very pleased with their proactive response! Hard to find any company now days which actual cares about the concerns of their customers and takes actions based on their satisfaction. Will definitely order from them again for future parts.

"Excellent service! I love CarParts.com. I have tried other automotive sites and, to be honest, none have even compared to them. I have been a customer for quite sometime now, and I will continue to purchase from them in the future. They make online shopping easy and I can easily find what I'm looking for. Perfect

"Great prices, so i basically rebuilt the whole suspension on my daughters 2005 crv. I unfortunately broke one of the ball joints during installation for not paying attention on the press. But all fit perfectly and it feels like a new car again and safe.

Great Customer Experience

"I ordered a tailgate from carparts.com that had a bit of damage, but nothing I couldn't either fix or live with. I wrote an honest (but not nasty) review about my experience, basically saying the part was relatively inexpensive, so I think I got what I paid for. So then they emailed me several days later, apologizing for the damage and offering a replacement part or partial refund. This is great customer service, and something that is rarely seen these days. So they've definitely earned me as a customer going forward."

Incompetent

"The only thing I received from my order with Car Parts.com was mass spam mail. I never received my order, contacting these people required 3 efforts of sitting on hold, via phone & chat, over 10 minutes each time. I just got off a chat with them and they finally agreed to refund my money. I started receiving 3 times the amount of spam mail as I normally receive the instant I placed my order with this company. "
