A problem arose and carparts kept me informed

"When ordering runs smoothly it does not bring out the quality of a company. But when things go wrong, how a company follow through tells me a lot. Carparts let me know when my PKG was delivered and then notified me of a delivery issue. It was on my end the issue was caused, but they reached out to me to ensure I received my product from a neighbor's location. I spoke with the neighbor and received my full order unopened and intact. The parts installed great and my car is much happier now and so am I."

Wrong part

"Part sent does not fit 2018 Subaru Impreza. An email was sent with conflicting info stating I had returned the part without an RMA number and then saying an RMA number and shipping info would be provided to me in another email in a few days, which did not occur. I would like to be able to get the right part or a refund."
