Your service was great

"The part I ordered was a perfect fit for my 2009 Subaru (rh sideview mirror), however the delivery company dropped it off at the wrong address, your service dept. helped best they could to rectify the situation and we're very pleasant to talk with and I didn't have to listen to a 1/2 dozen prompt's. I would do more business directly with CarParts just because of your well executed service dept. Very Polite!"

MR UNHAPPY!

"When I ordered those parts, I knew I would be overdrawn by 35.00. You all locked up 75.00 +from my account But then you released the 75.00 + Then on the first of the month you all drew from my account 3 different amounts in doing so my bank charged me 35.00 per draw which cost me 105.00. needless to say, I'm not happy I keep hoping that I will have a pleasant exp, but no luck. What I would love to see, but whether you would do it, but you should pay 52.50 which you should be held accountable for my charges in full. Why not break the charges into 10 charges, then I could pay 350.00. The shipment must have come from the moon my first order was pretty messed up also. Well, that's 2 strikes already so they will do the wrong thing and not do what is right. Just put the money back into my account! PLEASE. And try to please get my shopping exp a good one!

Waiting for correct part

"Still waiting for the correct part.
I'm on the 4th try.
Customer service has been great trying to get this issue resolved, but no luck yet, I was told I will have the correct part today, guess we will see.
UPDATE : Finally received the right part on the 4th try.
I guess they worked hard to get it right but what a pain to get it right, twice I had to call and wait over an hour on the phone to talk to someone.
on the 4th call about the mirror I had to tell the little smartass I needed to talk to a supervisor after he said I did not know what I was talking about. I'm a retired Air Force crew chief with over 30 years working on aircraft and now I oversee aircraft mods for the Air Force, I think I know how to trouble shoot a simple side mirror motor and can tell when it is the wrong part.
They finally got it right after I had to send them a email with detailed info and pics. Bottom line is it took me over a month and over 3hrs on the phone to get the right part, not sure if I will use them again.

Master cylinder and reservoir.

"No material around assy to keep it centered in box for protection from bouncing all over. Had impact damage on reservoir concentrated around bottom at front of reservoir. Also had roll retaining pin damaged on front of reservoir bent over at 35° angle and damage at eyelet of white plastic reservoir at same location because of bent pin."
