not right part

"The fuel pump I ordered stated it fit my exact make/model but it did not. I was not going to wait another week just to get a correct part, had to use old parts with the new to get working."

The right parts from the right people

"I ordered a few parts from Car Parts.com and let me tell you these guys care about there parts and there customers. One of the parts I ordered I had them paint to match my car as they offer that option. Just a few days after I ordered it A representative called me informing me that my part had arrived with a flow. The rep said a new part was already ordered and it was expedited and apologized for the delay. If your looking for a Quality part and people who care then look no farther. This company and there employees are world class hands down. I look forward to doing Business with them in the future. "

"It's hard to give a good review when you tell me that I well receive my order in two days than I find out it's going to take 2 weeks for such a small order I always tell my friends how wonderful you guys are and how reasonable prices are with you but now I'm just going to be quiet tell I see how my next order goes "

"This latch mechanism will never engage in the locked position because the the part that pushes it down would need to go below the housing to engage.

No wonder they marked it down so much from the original price.

Not good

"This the second time I ordered here and paid shipping for 2day delivery and both time once my package is finally sent out the delivery date is always for 5/7 days out from what I paid for.. they false advertising 2 day delivery but sent it ground standard shipping which is 5/7 days delivery time. I will not order here again when it only cost me to lose money and customers due to their false delivery time and dates to make you think it's a fast speedy delivery. I'll stick with local parts houses from now on "

Shipping was weird

"When I ordered, it said my part would be there Monday. Then it was Wednesday. Then it was Thursday. I didn’t end up getting it until the following Tuesday. It’s probably because they use FedEx. At least I could track it, don’t know why other people had issues with that. And I got the correct part. Looks good as new. "
