Better deals elsewhere

"I bought on this site because I got offered a coupon. After checking out it didn’t apply my coupon. Had I known it wasn’t going to apply my 30% off I would have bought somewhere else that had a cheaper deal. It was seriously the only reason I bought from here bc of the coupon was going to save me $4 more than a competitor. SCAM!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Will not recommend and will not buy from again. "

Not fond of assumptions

"Placed an order for one part number that contained two parts. These two parts could be ordered separately, but i need both. The order is processed and i receive only one item. The second item is on back order. There is also a second shipping fee associated to the back ordered item. I cannot do anything with the one item and would have liked to have had the option to wait until the order was full before shipping or to have had the opportunity to cancel the order and find both items elsewhere. No options, no info, no communication."
