"I havw bought several items for my 9 vehicles from carparts.com. They have all been great items that were correct for the car and fit like original. My only complaint is the cost of shipping. Nothing ships for free, even if you spend a lot of money for the parts you buy. It really hurts when the shipping is 1/3 of the total bill if you order large heavy pieces.

This is the worst fitting aftermarket part I’ve ever delt with!

"I decided to test fit the heat shield and support bracket. Started with the heat shield, which required 3 out of the 4 holes to be reemed in order to get it bolted up. Next I tried the factory support bracket. It would not fit do to the mounting bracket on the Catconverter being to wide. Adjusted it so the factory support bracket could be bolted up on the bench. Next I went to install it. It would not fit down over the exhaust studs. After inspecting it, I found that exhaust one exhaust stud hole was almost 1 to 1.5 times smaller that the rest. Reemed this hole out and tried to reinstall the catconverter manifold. This time I was able to install it and bolt it down. Then I come to find out that even tho I could bolt the support bracket to the can converter on the bench. It would not align with the block holes. At this point I will be getting a factory catconverter and taking this one off. I had taken the day off to get this installed in my son’s transit connect. So loss of my income for the day. Plus a lot more time and the waist of my sons money buying the part."

Took the part almost 2 weeks to get here. It was the wrong part

"Ordered parts on 24 April 2024.. Finally received the part on 6 May 2024. Worse offered the nine dollars and change for the shipping. When I should’ve been offered a full refund plus the product. Then the product does not fit a 2008 Magnum"

"Last two times I've ordered something is said in the warehouse for three or four days and then the day I'm supposed to get it today late because they didn't send it out I'm two and a half hours away from him and it takes 3 days or more to get the product"
