"Well you’re not really a customer service group of people especially since my contract ended and you say you sent me something through my email next time try it through the mail or call me personally I know you have a lot of customers but that little extra mile keeps you in contact with your service providers… I don’t like your company I don’t think I ever will so until I am ready to change or find someone better I will but you’re all brokers so it’s useless"

"Not great. Issue wasn’t resolved the first time I called so I went a month without the cheaper rate, now I am told, two more billing cycles before I see a cheaper rate. What a mess. Winter will be over before I reap benefits."

"It's been a mixed bag. Although the rates have been reasonable, we go through the yearly exercise of having to haggle over getting a decent rate up front. And the website was not as user-friendly initially as it is now in terms of setting up on-line payments and getting other information."
