"I’ve had problems getting hooked up with Constellation from Day One but it was not any fault of yours. Some dingbat who used to live in my apartment unit decided to leave and not pay his bill and there were problems. But the representatives from Constellation were all very helpful and they all reassured me that they’ll do their best to not get me disconnected while they rectify the problem. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time this ever happened. But, the first time that it did, I was disconnected - for 3 days - and with a 9-year old boy at that time, spending a weekend in the dark in February was not an ideal way to go. And nobody could do anything about it until the following Monday. I had visions of this same scenario happening. So I was pleasantly surprised and quite glad that it didn’t. Thank you very much for making my move a little bit less hectic this time."

"Terrible. Been calling in since August to fix my issue that wasn’t even my fault, smart meter page you go by is wrong. I take pics of my meter everyday for the last 6 months. Cross meter issue verified by oncor, but yet I’m told I still have a balance when I was paying more than my usage every month. I compared my bill to my neighbor who was getting charged for me my meter and I should be receiving credits. 6 months of calling in, stressed beyond belief, had to live for weeks and and weeks without heat and ac to prove it wasn’t my usage, has taken a mental and financial toll on me to figure this out and yet you still come back and tell me I am wrong when I have 6 months of pics to prove my usuage on my meter. It does not add up to what smart meter website says that you charge me for. Seems like oncor is being very dishonest and no one with your company seems to care. I’ve probably talked to 100 reps in the last 6 months and every single one has told me there is nothing they can do."
