My concern is wondering if in fact I will receive a letter 30 to 60 days prior to my contract expiration date as was stated in my letter received months ago, so I can make that decision in plenty of time so as not to have an increase in rates. I was assured I would and I hope I won't be disappointed like I have been in the past with other Outsource companies. Thank you."

"Generally, we felt I had wasted my time. The agent didn’t understand why I had called, and either was ignorant that spam phone calls were being made or didn’t know how to deal with my question. I spoke with friends with other energy providers who called their providers in this issue, and they were told that spam phone calls were being made and that they should be ignored. How easy would that have been? My agent went through every charge Do 3 months and read it to me. I told her I know what my bill said, but the phone call said I was overcharged and was entitled to a rebate. Was that a spam call or was that true. Finally she said it must have been spam. I asked for a copy of my contract which she did send the next day."
