I received a call the next day letting me know it wouldn't be mailed out for another week. Though I did appreciate the call back, I felt if Constellation wanted to keep their customers they would mail their renewal letters a little faster than that."

"Hire a better IT shop. I work in IT and in fact energy regulation so I know the industry. Throughout the 2 years Constellation has been providing me service there have been numerous times I've gotten wrong bills, upside down bills, websites that don't completely render, websites that i am 99.9% sure have security vulnerabilities, mailers telling customers to go to a production site to renew which dns resolves to an obvious test domain(most likely a failure of change control). It's bad a systemically bad. I would bet $20 you will send me a breach notice one day."
