"Every time I've dealt with a customer service rep from constellation whether it be the very beginning a signing up with service or the day of the installation of service or calling about my bill to pay my bill or whatever I need to talk about with the customer service rep they answer my questions fully and respectfully and make me feel like I'm their only customer"

"Your website is terrible and has many glitches. It has been that way for years. The old web site was bad and had a lot of problems and the new one isn’t any better. I can no longer use my internet explorer to log on to my account. I have to download google chrome in order to even log on to my account. Once in the account I had many issues with auto pay and paperless billing. You need to have better programming and get all these glitches out of your web site!"
"Constellation has been OK but not the most economical supplier. I fell into a trap when I tried to be proactive and save some money by switching to another provider. I did not realize that I did this too soon before the end of the Constellation contract. I was charged the 175.00 early termination fee which, for me, is a substantial amount of money. This fee was waived but I had to stay with a Constellation contract that is more expensive than I had hoped it would be."
