"My overall experience has not been a good one. The kiosk agents are not thorough and messed up my account, the call center agent did not do a good job of listening or making the situation better. I had to ask for a supervisor and she only made the issue worse before making it better. My issue still isn’t resolved. The supervisor fixed my account from what I understand but my services still have not started and I have no clue when they will start."
