"The electricity suppose to be on the 20th of December I requested 23rd then changed to the 20th about 5 days before moving and when I moved they no electricity in the 20th and when I called again on the 20th ,said it will take couple of hours they sent emergency notice the utility company I have been all day waiting at the end of day contacted centerpoint they said never received request for the 20th ,I don’t understand why Constellation agent didn’t send request I have been with no electricity now for 3 days,that’s really terrible agent terrible company because I contacted Constellation agent more than 3 times every 2 hours they give the same answere while they didn’t even submit request whyyyyy they do that!!!?!!!!"
