"Unit arrive on a large 18 wheeler. There was no visible damage to the box. As suggested on the website ordering we asked the driver to stay while we unboxed the unit for inspection, he did not stay. We unpacked the nit to find the unit had been damaged with a big dent in the side of the unit and the concrete inert was cracked. I contacted efireplace to submit a claim. I was told that because the driver did not make a note on his delivery ticket they would not honor the replacement of the $2000.00 incert unit, that they would however replace incert. So they pick and choose the damage they will assume responsibility for. So we are stuck with a $2000 unit that we don't know how to fix. This was our first time dealing with this company. We are a custom builder and our client wanted the unit they were selling so we gave them a try. Never...never again will we deal with efireplace. This is a lot of money our client put out just to have them snub the damage."
