"From the very beginning I knew this was going to be a disaster. Should have gone with my instincts. I called the number and waited my entire lunch time to finally get someone who promptly told me I had the wrong department and to call back and pick option blank. I then emailed my question because I obviously could not wait another 1/2 hour or so. My question was answered and I was told I needed a track for the glass doors I purchased. All the same day. I wrote back to ask if the track could be added to my order so I didn’t have to pay shipping twice. Nope. The doors and the blower I ordered were already shipped. Funny because the track came first. One of the glass doors arrived in tiny shards which fell out of the poorly closed box when I picked it up. The blower did not fit. I called and the lovely woman I spoke to told me no problem we will send you instructions on what to do. This is what I have to do: send back the items I can not use and pay for shipping and insurance and a restocking fee. The broken door I had to take pictures of and submit them and wait for the company to dispute this claim with ups. This is terrible customer service. I have paid more in shipping and restocking fees than is in any way reasonable. "
