"I would not recommend this company based off of my experience. I ordered my whole fireplace insert and chimney parts in late September and was told by the salesmen that the fireplace would be delivered October 2nd. The insert did not arrive so I called the company the following week and they told me a cosmetic part (totally unnecessary for the insert to work correctly) was on backorder so they weren't sending it until that part was in which was a MONTH out. I told them I would like the insert sent now and the cosmetic part sent when it arrived so that I could get a heat source in my house. They said they would ship it. It is 3 weeks later and the insert has not arrived and everyone I speak to at on the phone with the company gives me a different answer. The last person I spoke to said they have no idea when it would arrive. This past week my shipping information (via FedEx) stated that it would be delivered this past Thursday. It did not arrive Thursday. The next day the shipping information stated that there was no estimated delivery date. I asked if I could cancel my order and they said I would have to pay hundreds of dollars to have the insert sent back to them. I would not recommend this company. "
