"First off My Rep Aaron was over the top great. He was very knowledgeable and offered expert advise marking the whole experience of the purchase Seamless! The unit is now installed and works wonderful. I have the remote on/off with Flame up/down. Very user friendly/ simple operation. The quality of the burner assembly and Real Fyre Log Set is top notch. Remote worked the servo right out of the box. Ie didn’t have to learn sync. Plus! My ops manual didn’t have the picture of correct log placement which is crucial. I found a pic on the Efireplace store of my log set placement and all pieces then locked into place correctly. The correct placement photo should be included! Other than that install was pretty easy. I did have a Certified Gas guy connect the gas line with a different than supplied flex gas line and verify “No Gas Leaks etc”. All Good to go!

"I contacted eFireplaceStore to inquire about a wall mount heater after expelling to them the problem I was having with a Mr.Heater unit wanting to produce a fire ball each time it auto ignited ,I was told the possible reason. So I returned the bad heater and bought theirs it was received in 2 days ,I mounted it to the wall as per instructions . This is the best radiant heater I ever owned . It is super hot, no fire balls and the customer representative was the most polite person I ever talk ed with concerning the issues."

"After about 50 years I finally decided to replace our fireplace grate. It had literally 1/3 of the rear of the grate gone...ie, GONE. Not There. Nada. Do I went shopping for a new one. I started wih another online seller, W*****************. After several emails back and forth over a couple of weeks, I finally realized that was not going to happen. So I contacted eFireplaceStore. Within 2 days I places a special size order. It came back showing delivery would be in March. I asked "Shipping on this is 3-4 months?". eFireplace Store replied "We apologize but we have not been able to get a firm date from the supplier". Bummer. So I bit the bullet and ordered on December 6. And, WOW, December 15 I had the new grate in my fireplace!!! It appears to be about twice as heavily built as my old grate and fits perfectly.
