"I ordered my Dimplex Opti-Myst Pro 1000 Electric Fireplace Insert Log Set from the eFireplaceStore. Customer service and the ordering process were top-notch. This was also the best price I found online. The delivery was fast and I was able to track delivery. I would order from them again. I will say the insert log casts have weak sides. One of the log sets broke while taking it out of the box. So be careful. This can be an issue because the packaging is pretty secure inside the box. I was able to place the log set on the cassette in the fireplace place but will have to glue the side back into place for a permanent fix. The directions leave a lot to be desired. It is not really complicated but there are a couple of connections. Placing the log sets is a pretty straightforward process. I do love the overall look of the log set as it really makes the fireplace look and gives a very realistic feel. Lots of compliments. "
