"In titling this review as "80% damaged items in every shipment," I am not exaggerating. I ordered nine Class A chimney pipes; seven of them arrived crushed, the other two with bent flanges yet I was able to make them serviceable (with a lot of effort). So I re-ordered the crushed pipes; six of those were again crushed. When I say crushed, I mean squashed to being out of round and unable to be fitted together. These are heavy chimney pipes at about 35 lbs. each and shipped in flimsy cardboard boxes with no protection whatsoever. A simple piece of plywood with a round cutout, then fit over each end of the pipe and placed in said carboard box would be such a simple step to protect the product. The way the were packaged, they may as well have just shipped them loose and saved on cardboard. After much back and forth--and significant delays for the jobsite--refunds and re-shipments did happen, which is why I gave two stars instead of one."
