Next day, just before the 2-day holidays, they send me email saying that something wrong with my credit card.
Credit department ask me 2 strange questions “Do you have land phone number, then we can rich you?” and “Is a Bayonne, NJ…your real address?”
I ask representative to connect to supervisor and …was disconnected after 15 min hold.
Finally, I look at website and was stoned - they cancel my order without any explanations!
The answer was easy and came after several attempts to speak with supervisor – they DON’T HAVE ANY OF THESE DEVICES IN STACK.
Well-known practice…because the price is LOWEST stupid people like me keep sending money…other people are sending them money…no need for http://www.ecomelectronics.com to borrow for bank to move business… DON’T be stupid like me , don’t trust there offers – they don’t have them in stock!
And the customer service is really bed.
