This came with the headset, a desk charger and a car charger for a very low price under $30 with free shipping. ecomElectronics delivered the bundle very quickly. Unfortunately,the car charger broke upon first use. ecomElectronics responded immediately to my email and refunded my entire purchase amount, without requesting the equipment to be returned. "I bought an unlocked phone from ecom electronics on amazon, then found that it needed rebooting in order to install apps; when I rebooted it, it locked itself and became unusable. I called ecom at 10am and by noon they'd given me the unlock code and the phone was again fully functional. Excellent. Customer servrice: would definitely use them again. I ordered 2 separate times from ecomElectronics. Both orders were shipped promptly and the products were as advertised. On of the DVD/VCR units had a faulty display - the fault of Magnavox, not ecom E. ecom Electronics suggested I go Magnavox as the unit was still under their warranty. I've tried to work with Magnavox service in the past and it was a nightmare. Instead of making me go to Magnavox, econ E offered a reasonable rebate to me and I took it. I will use the faulty unit for parts in the future as I have several of these units and my experience has been that they will need servicing in the future.
Overall my experience with ecomElectronics was positive.

"I received absolutely the best customer service from the staff at ecomElectronics. I purchased a replacement back-up battery for my surge protector and the replacement battery did not work in the surge protector after it was fully charged. I contacted customer service and they provided good information on how to fully charge the battery and after explaining to them that the battery did not work, they sent me another new replacement battery. After I fully charged up the second battery, it also did not work. I figured the surge protector was defective and the batteries were good but they said I did not have to return the second battery. Thank you very much ecomElectronics for the excellent communication and for all your help!"
"I have purchased a Hybrid Power Pack Solar Charging Case for iPhone 4 & 4S back in November 2012, sold via Ebay. Shortly after I have made the purchase (and long before I have actually received it) I was notified that ecomElectronics have given me positive feedback on Ebay. Shortly after they have asked me to write a positive feedback for them too: 'anything less than 5 stars is not acceptable' they said.
The product has arrived in time, but it was not in its original packaging and I had a doubt if it was actually new. After 3 days it did indeed stop working. Highly disappointed, as it was a special Christmas gift, I have contacted ecomElectronics. They said I should contact the manufacturer and they would send me a replacement. I contacted Sol Marketplace and they said they would indeed sent me a replacement. The communication was very slow and they never did actually send it. Ecomelectronics is not answering my e-mails either. Was this a scam? How serious are after all these two companies? "
"For what its worth. I found the best price on some speakers thru google shopping. I was taken to "just 4 computers" then redirected to ecom(ecom 2000). I ordered and then a half hour later it was cancelled and my paypal was refunded and was offered a $10 credit."
