"The cardboard box was blown up upon delivery, but it's steel and the paint was good enough. A little packaging/gorilla tape and foam would have been nice. The holes on the hitch didn't line up with the holes on the car so I had to file and grind every hole 1/8" to make it work. In the end I'm thrilled with the hitch. Instead of a weak "accessory" hitch for my BZ4X, I have a real sturdy 2" hitch that i'm not afraid to put multiple ebikes on or 6 bikes for that matter."
