Contacted customer service about the problem and it’s felt like it was my fault for ordering the incorrect part when I was told this is the correct part to order. Return was received by them over a week ago and now told it might be another 2 weeks till I have my refund. Have order multiple times before from etrailer and customer service has been very good. This time was not the case. Total different customer service experience this time. Rating is based off of this experience. Can’t recommend this company after these experiences, especially when price is more here but customer service made of for it in the past. "
