"Ordered a pair of Sennheiser HD590's from them recently. The order came on time and was new (Not refurbished or anything) as promised, and the price was lower than any other website I found offering these headphones.
One thing I do not like is that the price on these headphones was concealed and I had to give them an e-mail address and click on a special link to see the price. I guess they figure if you don't buy the product, they can make some money off you anyway by selling a valid e-mail address to spammers.
All in all they were pretty good and I will consider ordering from them again."
"I've ordered a pair of Pioneer TS-C160R component car speakers, at the best price offered by any online or offline retailer. They arrived within the specified time, and although the packaging was in rather bad shape the speakers themselves were in a brand new perfect condition. I'll throw the packaging any way, so that was not a concern for me at all. Will certainly shop again there assuming they offer the right price for a product I would be looking for."

Here's what these guys do....if there's something
they can't ship on time, they'll show in their order tracking that "more information needed"
You email and they finally fess up that it is out of stock but will be in in a day or two.
they do not keep you advised as to when it will ship, they just leave you hanging hoping you won't cancel. Finally when you email to cancel, they don't respond at all.
In addition, they never answer the phone, just voice mail hell, and they keep odd hours....for instance, they close at 2pm on Friday, but when I call at 1:04 NYC Time, their voicmail says "closed"
so.....place an order......if it's in stock, I guess they'll ship it...but if not, they will not tell you at all, they will not answer the phone, nor respond to your email to cancel the order.
Pretty sad as far as etailing goes....

"Purchased a Canon 550ex flash, over the phone specifically asking for a USA warranty product. Was assurred it was. Even have an email confirming they only sold USA warranty products from before I bought. Came without warranty card. Every time I have called I get the run around and when I ask for a manager none are available. When ask to return item am told there is no need as warranty card will be mailed. It's 6 weesk and still no warrantyu card."
"Very Bad Merchant. Tried to order Autodesk Land Desktop 2004 upgrade on 11/06/03. They charged the Credit Card, then played a "verification" game, probably because they could not actually deliver the product. They refused to fill the order in a timely fashion. Customer service was terrible and rude. Finally cancelled my order. Called Autodesk, found out that they ARE NOT an authorized reseller. BEWARE... Products may be pirated or fraudulent."
"I tried to order several AV components after price checking several sources. Etronics showed as having all items at decent prices. The website was difficult to navigate in searching for cables. I tried to place an order online on Sunday night 11-2, it showed as an error and directed me to customer service.
I followed up with a phone call Monday 11-3, was on hold 24 minutes before I spoke to anyone, then was sent to sales from customer service. After s-l-o-w-l-y reading what I wanted (I printed my shopping cart from Sunday) several times ("hold on, hold on"), I was given an order # and instructed to call my CC company and have them note my account of the order, since it was over $1,200. I did so, and got confirmation from the CC company.
Later that day, I got an email from Etronics that my shipping address was not the same as on file with my CC company (I had checked this prior to the Sunday order, and there was no discrepancy). I logged on to the CC website and sent a screen capture showing their address on file was the same as my shipping address.
When I made an online status check late Monday, it still showed as needing verification. I checked my CC company and found I had been charged the full amount.
I called again Tuesday 11-4, and was told the verification issue had been resolved, and when I asked if the items would ship this same date since my card had been charged, I found out that they were holding the entire order since 1 item was not in stock. I was told it could be split-shipped, or I could check back on Thursday or Friday.
I cancelled the order at that point.
I've since found each item (shipped, new in box from established sellers) for less than Etronics was charging on Ebay, and will give this a try.
Etronics shows good prices, larger items are easy to find on their website, but items such as hookup cables are another story.
I would not deal with them again."
"I am a Canadian user, and this purchase went through without a hitch. I was given the total price in Can$, and was not billed until the product had cleared customs. The product was exactly what I ordered, and came withing the tme specified."
"The first Item was ordered on 8/24/03 and arrived on Sept 3rd, 2003. It was severely damaged when removed from the box. I contacted E-tronics on Sept. 3rd via phone and they told me they would issue a pick up tag for the unit and ship a replacement, which they would bill to my credit card and issue credit when the first unit arrived back.
I contacted Etronics via telephone on Sept. 8th and told them the first unit had still not been picked up and I was informed it was “inprocess”, but not to worry, as it would be picked up.
Called Etronics customer service on Sept 12th, 2003 and told them the unit still had not been picked up. Was once again assured it was in process.
The second unit arrived on Sept. 18th and was also damaged. I never opened this unit, but you can hear broken glass rattling inside. I called Etronics on Sept 19th and spoke with “Kevin”. I told him of the damage to the second unit and that the first unit had still not been picked up. He told me that both units would be picked up and credit would be issued.
To date, neither unit has been picked up, no credit has been issued.

"Pre-ordered Casio EX-Z4U camera and accessories. Web site stated that card would not be charged until item shipped. Estimated ship date 9/25/03.
Checked web site on 9/28/03 and estimated ship date had slipped to 10/1/03. No problem for me and understandable for a new item.
10/8/03 Website now says item unavailable. Attempted to use online order cancellation feature and it does not work. Emailed ****@**** to cancel order. Received fast reply stating that part of order had shipped, rest shipping "today", not possible to cancel order but I can "refuse the package" if I want.
10/9/03 Credit card charged full amount of $580
10/10/03 $29.95 battery arrives in box that is not marked as being from etronics.com (some other warehouse shipped it.)
10/17/03 Emailed and request tracking number for package alledgedly shipped on 10/08/03. No response. No tracking info on web site as is promised there.
10/20/03 Repeated request for tracking info. No response.
10/21/02 Repeated request for tracking info. Warned that I would dispute card charges if no answer by close of business 10/22/03 (unless they credited card for non-shipped items.) No response.
10/22/03 Received an automated email stating that there was a problem with the order and I could either cancel order or wait 7-10 days for shipment. Responded with cancel request and demand that they comply with request to credit card for charges made. No response.
Presuming that no credits appear on my credit card account by tomorrow, I will dispute charges.
I think this is really short sighted on their part. I buy a lot of stuff, would not have been offended if one particular item was not available and would have given them antoher chance soon. But now it is my mission to tell my story in as many places as I can."

I was slightly leary of the 6+ rating listed here because I usually buy from NewEgg.com (9.71 rating) but I have to say it was a great buying experience. Shipping was $15.54 to FL for UPS Ground and the items were ordered on the 16th and here at my door on the 21st. All items were exactly what I ordered (No substitutions for other brand etc.) Excellent. I purchased these accessories for a Sony DCR-TRV38 Camcorder which I purchased from US1Camera.com . "
