"I got the Shank adaptor for my Goldstar hand press so I could use dies from other companies as well, however, there are no instructions on how to change the Shank and the only info I could find is a YouTube video that only demonstrates on how to change it on an electric press.
So I contacted Goldstar to see if they had instructions or see if I could return it, since it didn't seem to be compatible with my manual hand press. The customer service kept telling me it's the right item and it will work, and they'll have to make a video. That's been a week now and I've tried emailing them and asking for an update or I'd like to get a refund, and there's been no reply from them. So I don't even know if they'll honor a refund anymore."

He told me I didn't need the more expensive one. Who does this in today's business world? My machine was delivered in just a few days in perfect condition. I had the machine assembled, and it was wrapped in styrofoam and plastic. Not one scratch on the machine or the table. I had to ask Lindsay some questions, and she was so polite and helpful.
