The flimsy box cracked in transit, and I just threw it away. It was really, really thin plastic. I can still use the French Curve since being scratched up doesn’t affect its functionality, but I won’t order from this supplier again. "

"Very frustrating experience so far. Ordered an expensive machine and sewing table. Unassembled sewing table arrived damaged, crossbar bent so it can't be put together, drawer cracked. Was initially told another table would be shipped but now they are arguing and asking for more and more photos (Yes, we have sent more than 10 photos of all the issues, and sent multiple times). I can't use the machine without the table and this is costing me time, business and money. -
UPDATE. I responded to David's private message but was also told by customer service a new table was being shipped yesterday (2-16-2022) and guess what... NEVER GOT SHIPPING NOTICE as promised (and like I received on the original order). So pretty darn sure it did not ship. I can't even express my disappointment. I really just need my money back at this point so I can order a table from someone else.
UPDATE #2 - 2/17/22 - Called again 10:30 central-- Now I'm told they don't even have a table in stock to ship (so yes they lied about shipping one yesterday). Claim they are waiting on one from China and hope to ship it out tomorrow, with 5 more days of shipping time. I requested them to expedite the shipping and Abraham's response "No that will cost me too much money" -- What? Who's out money right now? ME! Then I requested to speak with the owner David. Abraham hung up on me.
