"I purchased 2 machines from this company, and my New Tech 9920d came broken and had no manual. I asked for support on the broken tensioner sent pictures and no reply until i called and than was told the parts were on order after 3 weeks i was told what parts were needed and sent pictures again and than told i needed to send the part down to them so they can order the part. This is after i was told there ordered and shipped. I again asked for a manual and they said have to find it. So now David will not talk or answer my emails and now i have another person emailing me as "Whats my problem" Calm Down". I also asked again for a users manual for the machine nothing was ever sent to me. At this point i want my money back i am tried of asking for help i have a new machine that is useless. "
"Hole punch dull. Would not cut through thin sail cloth. Had to figure a work around to cut the holes. Anvil set worked perfectly and all grommets installed perfectly."

For the top of the snap, that shows on the outside, it would punch the pretty domed top of my snaps down right in the middle. Their reply - "it only works with our snaps". I've searched their website over & over & cannot see what the top of their snaps look like. If I return it, I pay shipping plus 20% restocking fee. I'm DONE with goldstar. After waiting three days for customer service to get back to me...."

But I received bobbins in a plain clear zip bag. Are they original Juki bobbins? I do not know, and I am hesitant to put these unmarked bobbins in a $6000 machine.
I passed up bobbins listed on many dealer websites because they appeared to be knock-offs. How do I know I got the real thing? "
"The UPS tracking number I received did not work, and the product did not arrive at the specified time. Trying to get communication from this company was impossible. My item arrived a few days late, so no follow up was necessary by that time, but it's very frustrating to send an e-mail and not get a response, and the phone number always said they were busy with other customers leave a message. This was my first purchase from the company, and I probably won't use it again. "
"No one should ever do business with this company. After placing an order I waited more than 3 months to get the item. Of course, we had some wire transfer issues due to them providing wrong information; even after that I could have waited a month but it was much longer wait.
I was dealing with David.
Finally, I received the item which was wrong even though I gave them measurements and indicated it's a blade for the very machine that I brought from them.
Totally disappointed and lost more than US$500.00 on one transaction including duty paid etc.
