Great product, poor communication

"The UPS tracking number I received did not work, and the product did not arrive at the specified time. Trying to get communication from this company was impossible. My item arrived a few days late, so no follow up was necessary by that time, but it's very frustrating to send an e-mail and not get a response, and the phone number always said they were busy with other customers leave a message. This was my first purchase from the company, and I probably won't use it again. "

Totally unprofessional

"No one should ever do business with this company. After placing an order I waited more than 3 months to get the item. Of course, we had some wire transfer issues due to them providing wrong information; even after that I could have waited a month but it was much longer wait.

I was dealing with David.

Finally, I received the item which was wrong even though I gave them measurements and indicated it's a blade for the very machine that I brought from them.

Totally disappointed and lost more than US$500.00 on one transaction including duty paid etc.

Wrong product

"I did not receive the product I ordered. I had to send photos of the item I received next to the item I need to show that I received the incorrect item. After confirming I received the wrong item, I was told the correct would be sent. I am still waiting for the correct items to arrive. This is the first time I've had to do a return with this company and it has been difficult. I've used this GoldStar Tool to purchase items and have had no problems. But this purchase has me questioning their customer service. This experience is surprising to me since I haven't had issues like this in the past. "

Partial Order - Than Didn't Ship

"Placed an order for a few items - half the order ship, pack slip indicated it had all shipped.
I called and spoke with CEO- David Akhamzadeh- who assured us the balance of the order would be shipping out in two days.

After not receiving any tracking or shipment or any further communication for two weeks. I called and emailed. No response. A few more days passed I called again and was able to get ahold of a CS agent.

The agent said it had not shipped and looked like it had been fulfilled in full.
David than called and said the item had just arrived and was going to ship out, he made it seem like an inconvenience, and that I was somehow in the wrong for asking about the tracking/ shipping.

A few days later it finally arrived and we were able to fix our machines.
Great prices if you don't mind dealing with headaches- not worth the back and forth Juki parts are available at a number of other reliable resellers.

"I purchased 6 mm drawstring, when I received it. It was more like 4 mm attempted to contact your company via phone on two separate occasions after 30 rings and no answer. I submitted a response on the Internet. Was informed that a representative would be contacting me shortly and I have still to this day, not had any communications with any of your representatives"
