"Placed an order for a few items - half the order ship, pack slip indicated it had all shipped.
I called and spoke with CEO- David Akhamzadeh- who assured us the balance of the order would be shipping out in two days.
After not receiving any tracking or shipment or any further communication for two weeks. I called and emailed. No response. A few more days passed I called again and was able to get ahold of a CS agent.
The agent said it had not shipped and looked like it had been fulfilled in full.
David than called and said the item had just arrived and was going to ship out, he made it seem like an inconvenience, and that I was somehow in the wrong for asking about the tracking/ shipping.
A few days later it finally arrived and we were able to fix our machines.
Great prices if you don't mind dealing with headaches- not worth the back and forth Juki parts are available at a number of other reliable resellers.
