"Our organization orders lockers from lockers.com because the products are of great quality and the prices are unbeatable. We did some research on prices and no one came close to lockers.com. They have options for payment, this last time we chose a Net 30 day payment which was very convenient for us and the lockers shipped very fast. I will definitely recommend them. "
"The overall experience with Lockers.com was great, but upon receiving the lockers the delivery person brought them in upside down, which damaged the top locker. We are not sending them back as it is a pain to do so, but in the future, please mark you boxes with "this side up" so this wont happen again!

"First I ordered 5 sets of slopping locker tops at $40. each. What came in was 5 individual slopped locker tops leaving me 10 tops short. When I called customer service it was straightened out after about 20 minutes and being put on hold 2 times. A week later the remaining slopped tops came in (at no additional charge) but were missing the screws and nuts to attach them. Instead of calling customer service and waiting I purchased the hardware myself. So to wrap up my experience with Lockers.com I will most likely look elsewhere for my needs."
"I was very disappointed upon installation of the locks on the lockers, to find out that you need some extra part that is not listed on your website. I even double checked per your handy chat window to make sure the locks would work on these lockers. It was a large hassle.

"My order came wrong, I had to call twice to get ahold of "Customer Relations" department. The first time they did not return my call. Once I got ahold of them they were agreeable and shipped the correct order."
"Could not complete order online had to call customer service. I ordered a single mahogany finished locker. The order took a couple of weeks to get and I had to call to find out where it was. The locker was delivered by FED EX. The driver came into the office and said he had a delivery and that I had to get the locker (over 200 lbs.) out of the back of his semi myself. I paid $170 or so for the locker to be delivered and I expected it would at least be delivered to the door. The locker itself is very well made and of nice quality. The locker does not have the mahogany finish on either side. I did not see that coming and it looks odd. It would seem to me that someone ordering a single locker would want the sides to have a finish on them. The front looks great but the sides are a plain white and you can see all of the screws. So....I think they are a good company but the communication and online ordering leaves a little to be desired. "
