"Thunderbolt 3 dock came as described, on time, and slid right into the system. Working well. I've used several of these types of docks over the years. It now plays nice with the USB-C Dock, and the OWC Thunderbolt hub, supporting my multiple toasters and drive arrays. I like have both microSD and SD card slots. I bought it for the USB 3.1 Gen2 and Optical output specifically. This replaces a dock which had the combo optical/headphone jack which I sorely miss. Full Marks on this one, especially paired with the iMac Pro (2017). Thanks for the support over many many years."

"I purchased a used MacBook Air, and was very happy to receive it within two days. Also, it appears to be exactly as represented in excellent condition. HOWEVER, the wrong power supply was included with it, so I can't use it until I receive the correct one. As soon as I opened the package, I contacted Customer Service via website chat, and explained the problem. I was told that a new power supply with the correct adapter would be sent out. That was a week ago and I am still waiting. Yesterday, I chatted again, and was told it was sent out. Maybe it will be in today's mail, but my enthusiasm for MacSales has dimmed quite a bit."
