"Have shopped with them several times and been very impressed, However the most recent order has been a compete mess. Conflicting emails (one says shipped and two other say out of stock), tried calling customer service twice and was on hold for more than 15 minutes each time when I finally gave up. Tried chat and first time it just took me back to support page. One email said that serial number would be provided when Item shipped. When finally got through on chat, they confirmed that item had been sent and that said I had been provided with email with the serial number (which I had not. I have checked email including spam/junk several times a day). Got a serial number but it did not work. Refused to cancel the order so I had to have the order processed as a charge back from my credit card number. What was once a reputable company has turned into a complete mess."
