"There's some strange shipping change where UPS starts the shipping and then passes it off to the postal service.
Bad idea.
Not only are both barely capable of doing their tasks correctly anyway anymore, adding an extra 'hand off' layer, no doubt rushed through some business meeting without properly thinking about, much less implementing, HOW this is going to work... ugh... this just adds room for the inevitable errors.
I ordered my new dock 10 days ago; should have been here 4-5 days ago (and historically things got here really fast from OWC).

UPS handed it to the WRONG post office. Now the post office is getting it to the correct post office, which has taken... IN ONE CITY... three days. Tomorrow will be four and it didn't come again today.
I don't even want it now. Wonder what condition the box will be in now that it's been through a bunch of hands who probably HATE this hand-off idea because I bet this happens ALL the time. I'd be throwing boxes around too. I bet it's trashed."
