That's what's important, the rest of this review is just about their odd site setup.
I was confused by the way you have to create an account on their site only AFTER a purchase so I went through some rigamorole to figure that out. In retrospect their instructions in the small print are clear but it's so counter-intuitive that I couldn't really see it with my own eyes.
[prior to my purchase I wrote this, small nit-pick] Had a good chat with agent that helped me but i couldn't get into my old account. You had it under my old postal code (decades ago) which took time to figure out - but then asked for a passphrase so i couldn't change my password. Agent couldn't find the account so there was some confusion and I think they deleted it - we'll see if I can create an account now! [edit: I did]

"I am a repeat customer. This is my third refurbished MacBook Air. The first thing I noticed was that the screen had a very bad scratch/gouge right in the middle. It was rated in "Good" condition. OK next time I will be sure to only buy a "Very Good" condition or better computer. I was a little disappointed out of the gate.
As I started to set up the computer I discovered that I could not update the iOS to Monterey. I was able to get it to Catalina and that was it. Monterey failed numerous times. I called support was given instruction to tray another way. Didn't work. Called again and finally got someone who, after checking with someone else, told me this particular unit required a special Apple drive to install Monterey. She mentioned something about firmware. So my options were to rent said drive from them or because I bought the service contract I could mail it back to them and they would install Monterey. The catch I had to pay for outbound shipping. ($25).
Within a week I had the computer back, loaded with Monterey so I could run all the software I use.
So I was sold a computer that I could not install the latest iOS on myself. Who does that? Not happy with this experience at all.
I did ask why computers weren't delivered with the latest iOS. I was told because some people don't want the latest because of the software they use. I say, a business with good customer service would allow the buyer to choose at the time of purchase what iOS they want and deliver a functional machine.
Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional so that was good.
Will I use them again? Probably but I will pay close attention the condition of the computer and research to see if there are any glitches with a particular model or year. "

"I'm a returning customer and recently picked up a CD/DVD burned/player for my iMac Peo. It works amazingly and I give thanks to the help from customer service. I called and the dude gave me the recommendation on the available burners that would work with my iMac.. He also helped me save some buck$, as the model I wanted had a refurbished one available, which saved me a good $30 or so. Thanks my guy! Plus it still came with the guarantee and it works & looks brand new, even though it's refurbished. Years ago I got a refurbished iPad, which still works perfectly after years of enjoyment.

"Needed to upgrade my iMac but didn’t need latest and greatest this was an excellent solution I do recommend if you are getting the 2018 or 2014 or 2012 mac mini to get any SSD as this with a regular mechanical hard drive the further you upgrade up from CATALINA then the LAGGY-ERRRRRR the OS will be - if you get an ssd upgrade (either thru the options or install yourself) you can run the latest macOS without any lag even with only 8gb ram "
