"After waiting a week for my simple order of small cables, all I got was an empty package delivered. I never received the product I ordered. Contacting OWC for a refund.
UPDATE: I was able to get in contact with customer support to let them know that I did NOT receive the items I have purchased and they have agreed to ship me out a replacement and investigate what happened so that future customers don't experience the same sadness that I have experienced. I'll update my rating once I have received my replacement items."

"IR connection was broken. I discovered when I opened for upgrade. OWC wanted to know why I opened case and stated that that means my warranty was voided. The IR connection isn’t needed for the computer to work but still. I ordered the part from Aliexpress at my own expense. Spec was A1347 i7 500HDD 4GB Ram."
