"I ordered a keyboard which wasn't exactly what I wanted. The return process was very simple and I ordered the correct keyboard.
The only downside is the UPS/USPS shipping. I returned the wrong keyboard using USPS and it arrived in 2 days. Still waiting for UPS to do their thing with the new keyboard which I ordered the day I returned the wrong keyboard."

"The computer works quite well, however we ordered "overnight air" for the shipping, only to discover in the fine print that it was anything but overnight. While there was ample fine print, and "technically" no lies, it was a deceptive experience. Also, fedex doesn't not have a service called "Overnight -air" as the MacSales website labeled it. It actually shipped "FedEx Standard Overnight." While this may seem similar, it's important to be forthright with the service you're actually using to ship. "
