"I bought 4 16 memory but mac wouldn't start so I took out 2 of them and it worked fine. Tried to contact MacSales and system was down. After posting review, I was in fact contacted by customer service. We will see if the issue can be resolved. But they did reach out as they stated in their response to this review."

"Needed to get a fast enclosure and the express 1M2 fists the bill but took almost 3 weeks to ship. Customer service was hard to get a hold of and kinda rude about the time it was taking to ship and suggested I cancel my order when I called to see why it was still in process after 2 weeks "
