"All good here in Norway. I had to buy a euro cable, but no problem. It only took 5 days to arrive here, but the Norwegian freight company TNT, were terrible… it took 5 days for them to deliver my package, and they are situated 10 miles from my home! I am writing a complaint to FED EX. Many dissatisfied customer reviews and I will advise FED EX to change to another freighter. Other than that, very satisfied with Mac Sales! "

"I bought a iMac Pro , which was very expensive ,and it was shipped without a keyboard or mouse. I called and complained and the service rep was absolutely not willing to help at all. He said that the computer didn't come with a keyboard , and there was nothing he could do about it. I threatened to return the computer and he could care less if I wanted to do that. He made no effort to offer to sell me a mouse and keyboard and a discounted rate. This guy should not be working for this company. Sounded like he was from India. I was extremely disappointed in customer service."

"Ordered three items: after 3 weeks it still hadn’t shipped. No updates from OWC. Had to reach out. They said because 1 of the 3 items was back ordered. No communication was annoying but oh well. I’ll wait.
