"Bought a laptop online Thursday late afternoon due to emergency after my laptop crashed.
Paid for UPS Air Next Saturday delivery.
Called a few times to customer service to see when would be shipped and what could be done to expedite the shipping.
Was told it was already shipped when in fact the shipping label was not created til after 8pm Friday.
Now shipment arrives on Monday afternoon which is too late.
Not happy about being told one thing when in reality was not true at all. "
