"Update: MacSales customer support reached out to me and resolved my issue. So I changed my initial review of 2/5 to 5/5. Customer Service is extremely important and I appreciate their staff reaching out, understanding my issue and then resolving it quickly. That is the correct approach and something I greatly appreciated.
Original Review: I bought an OWC Express 1M2 USB4 external storage enclosure two weeks before Black Friday due to an urgent need. When Black Friday arrived, MacSales advertised a sale. I reached out to customer service to inquire about a price match with their store, given that I was within the return period but had discarded all the packaging as the product was performing well. They informed me that they could not offer a price match and recommended returning the item if I sought the discounted rate. This seemed like an unnecessary waste of money, energy, resources, and time for a mere $20 difference. It was perplexing that they would be so intransigent over such a minor issue. As a first-time customer, I could have become a lifelong patron, but that opportunity was lost due to poor customer service."
