"I bought this monitor for a new Mac Mini to replace our old iMac. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a monitor so I found this refurbished one and took a chance. Well, the monitor arrived and didn't work no matter how many adapters I tried. OWC's sent me an RMA for a refund but guess what? They want me to pay for shipping back to them! Since this is a large item to ship it was going to cost me $140 which means. It's not worth the time and frustration to deal with customer service as they have not offered anything but a "sorry". Never shopping here again!"

"Every-time I go to the site, it auto select the US site which is a pain cause I'm not in the US. I had to buy a Heat SINK for my Mac Pro and the part was $6.80.....GREAT! Shipping was min $15 and change....WTF!! Really, something that small, that light, you don't have a ground option that is $10 or under?! Gross."

"I’ve used these folks for decades for refurbished Macs. I’m currently using a late 2013 MacBook Pro that still runs like a champ. I just received a refurbished MacBook Pro today from 2020. I have a nephew going to college next year and plan to gift him the 2013 which save him and his parents money. I’ve purchased memory upgrades, external hard drives and other peripherals over the years and have never had a single issue. They were even awesome when I ordered the wrong RAM, they had no issue with the return! Always recommend this business to people looking for Macs but don’t want to bust their budget. Refurbished is the way to go. I know a lot of people aren’t keen on refurbished laptops, but I’ve never had issues with the four I’ve bought from them. Sadly, one fell in a pool, and another I left on the trunk of my car and ran over it. Those met their ends at my stupidity. "

"First I ordered RAM that was "in stock" only to find out a week later it wasn't. So I looked for a replacement and it is so hard to find ram on your site when it is not for a mac. Also, your chat assistant should be fired, they were just so confusing. I asked "Can you verify that these are in stock? I would need 2 of them" and they said "Thank you, we only have 2 buildable of it, setting your expectations our website stock status may be updated prior to notice. At times, it could show stock available and at other times it may show not. ""
