"I visited the Affiliate Amazon link in the "how did you hear about us" YouTube video I shared yesterday and planned to buy today using my Amazon Prime shipping but now it's suddenly unavailable and I had to buy through your site using Amazon Pay but having to pay an additional $6 for shipping and that is lousy 7 day shipping instead of the overnight service available through Amazon Prime. Not happy."

"I’ve been using, and recommending, OWC for well over a decade now. As much as I love a new computer I find that I can get enough of an upgrade to scratch that itch and carry me another year or two for a fraction of the price. The site design is snappy and well thought out, the prices are fair, and the checkout process is fine but could be improved upon by offering ApplePay support."

"Update: The OWC Support Team did get back to me even though I had cancelled the order. I consider that a good thing and hope the issue will be resolved. (I do like the products.)
The purchase price in my cart (including at checkout) and the price invoiced were not the same (off by more than 15%). Furthermore, the lower "promotional price" continued to be advertised the following day.
It is dishonest to advertise a purchase price, show that price in cart, state that price at checkout, and then invoice a higher amount.
I was told the discrepancy was due to an inventory change of promotional stock. However, the website continues to state a (bogus?) lower price at checkout and (I suspect) will invoice the higher amount. I provided timestamped screen shots but they wanted me to wait 2 days so I cancelled the order.
