"Placed two requests is the website email contact. First one unanswered other than the automated response. Then get another automated response asking why I have not responded?? Sent second email request via website. Only got automated response. Been weeks with no answer. Simple question that even the 800 number can’t answer and would not seek assistance from other departments. Poor service. All I want to know is if the thermal paste was changed on the used Mac Pro I ordered. Alas no one seems to know. "

"My first order was cancelled
2nd didn't have the right shipping and chat couldn't correct, only cancel
3rd order- hoping this is the right one.
Combined with the fact that the website never saves my login and I had to login every time I wanted to see the order, the experience was completely awful. It shouldn't be this hard to shop with OWC"
