"Ordered prom dress almost TWO months ago from Milanoo. The order is STILL being processed. It said to expect a 24 day processing period but it has been TWO months. This site is totally fake.
Tried contacting, but customer service is non-existent. I have not heard anything from them since my order was confirmed. Very displeased. Will report.
I should have read online reviews before ordering. If I actually receive my prom dress, I don't think I can expect much either. A total waste of 100 dollars. Never ordering from this site ever again!"

"This is the correspondence that I have submitted to the Milanoo "After Sale Questions" tab after receiveing a page that showed me a "delivery date 3/5/12" to them changing the language to read that it would be 20 days. I had already reported it to Paypal with that confirmation page attached so i am just waiting to hear back from them. This is my complaint:
I need to cancel this order en-uk_120430215415_715. the shipping details are misleading. i paid for expidited shipping which informed me that i would get my order in 3 to 5 days. after i paid for my order it told me that i would not received my order for 20 days! i need what i ordered by this Saturday, May 5, 2012. Please refund my payment immediatley.You guys were very fast in taking money out of my account but very slow to answer my request. i have contacted Paypal about this situation as your information on shipping is VERY misleading. i sent them the page form your site showing a delivery date of 3/5/12, afterwhich time i submitted my payment and was then informed that i will not get my order for 20 days! your company has shown me now that I can't trust overseas sales. you make the customer pay for the item and then change the delivery date, take the payment out of the customers accounts and then tell them a different date. i need for my money to be deposited back into my account within the 24 hours your company has stated in your "After Sale Question"...
UPDATE: my money was refunded back into my account faster than I thought it would (1day). So if I am planning a getaway vacation and it is 6 months from now I will order from them because they have some really nice clothes

There is no way to communicate with the company. I have never dealt with a company that charges before something is ship. I believe this website to be fraudulent and I will be reporting them!! When I sent an email expressing my concerns and need to have my ordered delivered on time, they were prompt to provide the status of my gown (i.e. "Your dress has not been completed and our supplier is still tailoring the dress and your dress is supposed to ship in 7 days then we will send you a shipping information in which we will show you the tracking number for your reference!")"

"I order three One size fits most. I am a size 8 and two of the three dresses I could not wear at all. I wanted to keep the one that fit but the other two are horrible. I have tried for three days to no avail to reach customer service for a RA number and no luck. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE if you think you maybe not like it because yourstuck with it. the one dress is lovely and I will wear it and they got it to me faster than they said they would but now they have my money and I am stuck with dresses that I will never wear!"

"I need the dress for my daughter's senior prom, she is heartbroken its not arrived and no one at milanoo seems to care, paid for expedited shipping. By all account on the order (my calculation and theres) the dress should be here, it still says processing, hasn't even shipped and prom is May 5th, so now a memorable special night, looks like it will be a nightmare. I have a hard time believing there is nothing they could do to help us."

"about a year ago i bought my wedding dress from milanoo and had no problems or trouble at all, hence when i needed an outfit to be a guest at a wedding it was milanoo i thought of as they are very reasonably priced and good quality, however i have to say on this occasion i was very disapointed. They delivered the wrong dress to me, they did give me a refund for the amount paid and have told me i must contact the person who has my dress to do a "swap". I would not let this put me off shopping with milanoo again but i certainly would think twice about an important item in the future."
"the dress itself is quite good. i like the colour because it is true to the shade. the detailing is only sequins and i feel it should be a little more decorative, and the straps aren't similar to the way they look in the photo. the material is better in real life than it looks on the photo but the way it hangs on me does not look similar to the photo. this is probably because the dress is too large and i would recommend buying the dress a size smaller so that it fits you properly.
It took way too long to deliver though and it delivered in about 2 months because it was not in stock. i feel this was unprofessional as it should not have been on the website if it is not in stock. i did message the Milanoo company and they said that they had to find a supplier (this was about one month after my order) which i found to be an inconvenience and unprofessional, and the dress only just about delivered in time only because i ordered it earlier than i would regularly order something. "
